A delegation from the International Association of Palestinian
Professional Institutions and Associations, which included the members of the
administrative board of the assembly, Eng. Ibrahim Abu Thuraya, President of
the International Assembly of Palestinian Engineers, and Dr. Osama Al-Ashqar,
Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the International Assembly of
Palestinian Writers and Writers, at the activities of the Jerusalem Conference
in Islamic Architecture, organized by the University of Science and Technology
Mohamed Bou Diyaf, in the city of Oran, west of Algeria.
Eng. Abu Thuraya’s lecture dealt with the reality of the
Palestinian engineer in Jerusalem and the mechanisms of his support and
attribution, while Dr. Al-Ashqar’s lecture spoke about the philosophy of beauty
in Jerusalem’s architecture.
The delegation got acquainted with a number of personalities and
institutions, and it was agreed to hold the Jerusalem conference annually, and
the university's director, Bin Harath Nasira, announced that in her closing
speech.
In the capital, Algiers, the delegation within the conference
delegation visited the headquarters of the Association of Algerian Muslim
Scholars and met with the national office, and the assembly proposed the idea
of holding a knowledge conference that would reveal the details of the
relationship between Algeria and Palestine, which was welcomed and agreed to be
discussed.
