The General Assembly
The general assembly is the highest reference for the assembly.
The general assembly consists of a group of representatives of the
different branches in the world, as representatives of at least each branch, or
a representative of every fifty members officially registered with the
institutions related to gathering in the branches, provided that the director
of the branch office or his deputy is a basic member of the general assembly.
The grouping can also define different country blocs according to branches and
their circumstances.
