Tasks of the Projects Committee
1.    Managing and organizing the implementation of projects proposed by the various committees
2.    Establish a project management system and approach within flexible and effective global standards and frameworks
3.    Establishing an integrated and comprehensive program for all projects of the various committees
4.    Preparing the PID document in coordination with the Project Sponsor
5.    Set a budget for the project in coordination with the project sponsor and the Finance Committee
6.    Appointment of project managers in coordination with the project sponsor
7.    Developing detailed plans for projects
8.    Follow up the implementation of projects within the agreed budget, time and scope
9.    Submit periodic reports to the administrative body
