The general goal

Discovering, nurturing, refining and developing talents

Committee goals

Establishing a database that includes all PhD holders and Palestinian scholars around the world.

The formation of a database that includes all the distinguished and talented students of the Palestinian people around the world, including all engineering school and university levels.

Coordination and cooperation with international scientific and technological councils, forums and centers and various institutions that sponsor creativity and support innovation.

Stimulating and organizing the participation of the Palestinian student and engineer in technical, engineering and professional seminars and conferences, while bringing in the care and support of major international engineering companies whenever possible.

Stimulating and organizing the participation of the Palestinian student and engineer in scientific, educational and knowledge seminars and conferences, creativity and innovation systems, while bringing sponsorship, support and grants from major international universities as possible.

Holding scientific conferences in which Palestinian scholars from different countries of the world participate.

Supporting scientific research and development.

Establishing a fund to support creativity and excellence in coordination with the Financial Committee.

To stimulate and manage innovation and invention.

Establishing a database of ideas, inventions and initiatives, and assisting in patent registration in the concerned international institutions.

Organizing a scientific contest / competition annually.

Helping Palestinian engineers to join local engineering unions by reviewing applications and sponsoring cases.
