Initiatives Committee
Vision
For the Initiatives Committee to be the best option for the
International Assembly of Palestinian Engineers, to develop and develop the
institutions of the Palestinian society at home and in the diaspora.
The Message
We are a committee working on the optimal investment of the
distinguished engineering and administrative expertise present in the gathering
to help Palestinian engineers and their institutions at home and in the
diaspora to develop administrative performance, develop human resources, and
professionally manage projects.
The objectives of this committee
- Helping institutions concerned with Palestinian affairs inside and
outside Palestine, in terms of administration, projects, and human resource
development (10 institutions in 2020).
- Enabling the available expertise in the engineering assembly to
contribute to achieving the first goal.
- The continuity of the renaissance of those institutions that have
been subject to aid programs through the adoption of sustainable development
programs and frameworks.
- Sponsoring any new initiatives undertaken by members of the
International Society of Palestinian Engineers.
Our steps to achieve the above goals:
1.
Building
a database that includes the expertise available to us in the assembly in
various fields.
2.
Building
a database that includes the institutions subject to research and assistance.
3.
Initiate
communication with the institutions in question, evaluate the general
administrative situation of those institutions and determine what is necessary
to begin assisting them.
4.
The
training coordinator will be responsible for all human development programs for
these institutions, after obtaining the approval of the administrative body
through the committee rapporteur and the liaison officer.
5.
The
projects coordinator will be responsible for all existing projects in those
institutions after taking the necessary approvals.
6.
The
committee's secretary will be responsible for the administrative consultations
that are provided to these institutions, and responsible for starting any
programs and for closing them with the institutions subject of assistance, and
for submitting reports on these programs to the administrative body through the
liaison officer.
7.
The
liaison officer will be responsible for monitoring the work of the committee
and obtaining the necessary approvals from the administrative body necessary
for its work. He is responsible for submitting reports of the committee’s work
to the administrative body and discussing them with it, preparing notes
recommended by the commission and discussing them within the committee.
